By accessing or using PeriPewPew ("the Service"), owned and operated by Aitherra, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service — simple.

2. Description of the Service

PeriPewPew provides travel-planning features, recommendations, affiliate links, account management, and related tools. We reserve the right to update, modify, pause, or nuke any part of the Service whenever necessary.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum required by your local laws.

4. User Accounts

To use some features, you must create an account.

• You only need a username.
• An email address may be required strictly for verification, login, and security purposes.
• We do not require real names or identity documents.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

Basically: use the Service normally and don't act like a clown.

By signing up, you agree to receive:

• Verification emails
• Security notices
• Essential service communications

Marketing emails are optional and can be unsubscribed from.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, UI, code, and content belong to Aitherra / PeriPewPew. Don't steal or redistribute our work without permission.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Service depends on external APIs and services. We're not responsible for:

• Their downtime
• Their errors
• Their privacy practices
• Your interactions with them

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees that:

• It will work 24/7
• It will always be accurate
• It will meet your personal standards

Use it at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:

• Lost bookings
• Missed deals
• Incorrect travel info
• Damages, direct or indirect
• Emotional trauma, existential crises, etc.

If your trip goes wrong, that's between you and the airline, not us.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time if you violate these Terms or if we deem it necessary.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco (or your local laws if required). Any dispute goes to the competent courts of Casablanca unless stated otherwise.
